To officially reserve your place, a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. After that, we’ll work with you to set up a flexible payment plan leading up to your retreat’s departure date.

Yes! Your tour cost will be divided into 4 equal payments leading up to the departure date. The first payment (deposit) will be due at time of booking. We can work with you to find the best payment plan for your financials.
With many women expressing interest in the tours and a limited number of spots available, a deposit secures your place. It lets us know you mean business and are ready to commit to travel.
Our tours are priced in USD only. We accept all major credit and debit cards via a secure and encrypted online payment platform (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal). Payments can also be sent by bank cheque.
International flights are not included in your package price. It is up to each guest to arrive at the starting destination before the tour begins. You will be met at the airport or starting hotel by your host.
When traveling, anything can happen and having good insurance can cover you for the unexpected. While we plan our tours with the utmost care, insurance is a safety net when the unexpected occurs. For our North American guests, we recommend exploring World Nomad's Travel Insurance. It is the responsibility of each guest to research travel insurance companies in your location and select an insurer that covers both trip cancellation and medical coverage abroad.
A shared room means that we request each hotel to confirm your room with two beds and that two women are staying in that room. A private room means that you will have the full privacy of that room as the sole occupant. A private room may occasionally have two beds or a single bed in it.
Our tours are kept to less than 15 women to ensure an intimate experience. Sometimes our group size will be less than 15 but we promise to never be more.
Most of the women who tour with us travel from the United States and Canada.
Yes, our tours are limited to women only. While we predominantly see women 30-65 booking, the minimum age to participate is 18 (exceptions may be taken into consideration on a case by case basis, for example: a mother/daughter traveling together).
Due to the international nature of our tours, passports must indicate a female gender status.
All tours are offered in English only. We will have local, step-on guides in certain locations who deepen our local connection through language and cultural immersion.
If you are traveling solo and want to be in a shared room, we create an opportunity for you to meet other women in the same situation and have the opportunity to room together.
Our tours are the perfect pairing of exploration and restoration. We combine cultural experiences with downtime. Whether you want to explore on your own, read by the pool, or indulge in a spa treatment, the time is yours and it is built into the itinerary. The goal of your tour is to have you feeling refreshed at the end, not in need of another vacation.
The host is there for you! To make you feel comfortable and supported. During free time, they'll arrange daily get togethers for the group so you can choose to either enjoy your solo time or explore together. They take care of daily logistics and provide recommendations ensuring everything runs smoothly. And when something comes up unexpectedly (because in travel, our plans can always change), they take care of it so you don't have to worry about a thing.
